We partner with Paxi for nationwide deliveries across South Africa. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but typically, orders arrive within 3–5 business days. We offer free delivery nationwide.

7. Do you offer international Delivery?

Currently, we only offer delivery within South Africa.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy also helps prevent the risk of customers returning or exchanging fake hair products.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Each wig comes with care instructions, but general tips include washing with sulcate-free shampoo, air drying, and storing it on a wig stand to maintain shape. Avoid using excessive heat on curly textures.
